Vincent Mangado & Dominique Jambert

Vincent Mangado and Dominique Jambert graduated from the National Drama School in Toulouse, in the south of France. They both work and live in Paris, as permanent members of the Théâtre du Soleil for 25 years. 

They have performed in every creation of the company, and been directed by Ariane Mnouchkine, Robert Lepage and Irina Brook. They have learnt with the company the way of creating collective devised plays, exploring, in this process, many theatrical forms from Japanese to Indian, Korean and Tibetan incorporating dance and music from these traditions. They have studied in various countries with masters of various disciplines while touring with the company.

They have been teaching for 22 years as Professeurs de théâtre nationaux. They have led workshops in Brazil for theatre groups and the National Ballet Company; in the UK for the British Academy in Cambridge and are Patrons of the Physical Theatre Class in Edinburgh, Scotland University, while also teaching  in various French National Drama Schools and Universities.
